Project Manager (Web Based System specialist)
Job description
You will manage large web based projects from early interaction with the clients, design and development, right through to delivery. You will co-ordinate a team of 3 skilled web developers and web designers.
Profile/Requirements
You will be responsible for project analysis & planning, allocating resources, budgeting and invoicing. You will ensure the review and delivery of the project on time and budget. You’ll provide excellent customer service, understand the project also from a technical point of view and support our clients to ensure building enduring client relationships. We are seeking a high-level, high-energy project manager with strong organizational skills that will motivate his/her team, inspire our clients and keep projects on track. Your skills will include:
- Significant experience in web project management, strong knowledge of project management techniques and procedures
- Ability to set up a team through hiring, outsourcing, or synergy
- Experience in building large and database-driven websites, which supposes a good technical background in internet technologies (Html, Xml, CSS, PHP, MYSQL …)
- Experience in implementing Forum System or Wiki
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer and team management skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Web Developer (PHP)

Profile/Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Develop custom PHP-MYSQL based scripts for various web based projects
- Design complex, normalized, and optimized databases
- Write and Implement secure, class based PHP code
- Customize common Shopping Cart, Forum, Wiki, Blog, CMS systems like MediaWiki, Discuz
- Experience in developing portal is an asset
- Keep abreast of the new technologies. Learn new skills and improve existing skills
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of professional experience as a web developer on Internet projects.
- Advanced level of knowledge in file, session, ftp, string, objects design setup and related PHP programming. Must have knowledge about forums.
- Must be capable to do object based programming in PHP, must have attitude to write documentation.
- Must be able design effective and optimize database in MYSQL and possess advance level of knowledge in SQL queries.
- Capable to perform search engine optimization.
- Knowledge of JavaScript programming and code modification skill.
- Experience in CSS, XML, DHTML, AJAX.
- Capable to track bug and do advanced level of debugging.
- Advanced level of searching capability on the internet.
- Must have clean and effective coding practice with comprehensive commenting.
- Brave, adventurous, and have sense of humour.
